ARTICLE I. PURPOSE AND SCOPE

This Data Security & Confidentiality Statement (the "Statement") describes the general data handling, security, and confidentiality practices of Autonomous Assets, LLC ("the Company," "We," "Us," or "Our") as they relate to proprietary and confidential business information shared by clients in connection with services described on robert-beer.com (the "Site"). This Statement is general in nature. Specific data handling obligations for a given engagement are governed by the applicable Master Strategic Partnership Agreement, Business Associate Agreement, or Data Processing Agreement executed with that client, which control in the event of any conflict with this Statement.

ARTICLE II. CONFIDENTIALITY OF CLIENT DATA

Section 2.01 General Obligation. The Company treats client business data, including but not limited to customer records, pricing information, and internal operational data, as confidential, and limits access to such data to personnel with a legitimate need to access it in connection with the applicable engagement.

Section 2.02 No Use for Training Public Models. Where an engagement involves the use of a third-party artificial intelligence provider, the Company's standard practice is to use configurations and contractual terms that prohibit that provider from using client data to train public or general-purpose models. Specific terms are set forth in the applicable engagement agreement.

ARTICLE III. DATA ISOLATION

​

Systems built for one client are architected to isolate that client's data from any other client's data. The Company does not permit cross-client access to data absent explicit written client authorization.

ARTICLE IV. SECURITY PRACTICES

​

Section 4.01 Access Control. The Company applies least-privilege access principles to systems handling client data, limiting administrative and data access to what is necessary for a given role.

Section 4.02 No Certification Claimed. The Company does not represent that it holds a specific third-party security certification, such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001, unless such certification has been independently obtained and is identified as such. Statements in this Article describe the Company's practices, not a certified status.
