Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know before we get started answered honestly.
With the same standards applied to the most regulated industries I work in. I currently serve clients under HIPAA compliance and GDPR requirements. Every system is configured with industry standard encryption and data protection by default, including the third party platforms we integrate, such as Google Cloud, which is compliant out of the box when configured correctly. Your data is treated with the same care I would want applied to my own.
A developer builds what you tell them to build. I figure out what actually needs to be built, and those are often very different things. I have spent over 20 years as an operator, a COO, a CEO, and a Chief Flight Instructor before I ever wrote a line of code. That background means I approach every engagement from the business first and the technology second. I have also been honest enough with clients to tell them when a traditional development team is the better long term answer. That has happened. We had lunch afterward, and they sent me referrals. Your success and your trust matter more to me than keeping the engagement going.
We keep my client roster deliberately limited so every engagement gets real attention, not a fraction of it. For Focused Progress and Full Throttle engagements, that means direct involvement from me on strategy and architecture, backed by a team held to the same standard. I personally manage every relationship and every build. When you work with Autonomous Assets, you're not buying a service. You're gaining a partner who's fully invested in making your business run better. That's a commitment we take seriously, and it's one we can only make to a select number of clients at a time.
Everything is month to month. No long-term traps. If you need to cancel, send written notice 30 days in advance. If you want to downgrade to a different tier, that only requires 14 days. Your agreement continues as long as we have work to do together. If a project wraps up and you just need your systems maintained, we default to Maintenance Mode at $1,500 a month, so nothing breaks and you stay protected as tools evolve.
You do. Upon full payment, every system, workflow, and deliverable built specifically for your business belongs to you entirely. We retain the right to apply the knowledge and methodology we develop, that's how we keep improving across every client, but your business logic, your data, and your operational IP are yours and yours alone. For higher-tier engagements, We build directly inside your own accounts, so you have full administrative ownership from day one.
More than ten at this point, including aviation, fine art, agriculture, lawn equipment, mobile technology, autism care, professional coaching, software, hospitality, and helicopter surveying. The technology behind every engagement is largely industry agnostic. The systems, automations, and AI models we build adapt to how your specific business operates. If you have a process that runs on chaos, it qualifies.
That's actually a great starting point. The first thing we do is analyze what you already have, not to replace everything, but to understand what's working, what isn't, and what the right move is. Sometimes we switch a tool, sometimes we adapt it, sometimes we optimize what's already there. The decision is always based on what makes the most operational sense for your business, never on what's the most impressive or newest thing on the market.
Possibly, but only if it genuinely makes sense for your operation. This is always a decision we make together. Just because a piece of software is considered "the best" doesn't mean it's the best for your specific business. I've been the operator sitting on your side of the table. I will never push a tool because it's impressive. I will only recommend what actually makes your team's work easier.
Every business is different, and anyone who promises you a specific timeline before understanding your operation isn't being honest with you. It also depends on the tier you choose. But here's what I can tell you: within the first month, you'll have something real in your hands. Not a proposal, not a presentation, a working system you can touch, test, and feel. From there, the pace is set by your goals and your priorities.
