Everything is month to month. No long-term traps. If you need to cancel, send written notice 30 days in advance. If you want to downgrade to a different tier, that only requires 14 days. Your agreement continues as long as we have work to do together. If a project wraps up and you just need your systems maintained, we default to Maintenance Mode at $1,500 a month, so nothing breaks and you stay protected as tools evolve.

You do. Upon full payment, every system, workflow, and deliverable built specifically for your business belongs to you entirely. We retain the right to apply the knowledge and methodology we develop, that's how we keep improving across every client, but your business logic, your data, and your operational IP are yours and yours alone. For higher-tier engagements, We build directly inside your own accounts, so you have full administrative ownership from day one.

None whatsoever. That's the entire point. You run your business, I handle everything on the technology side. All I need from you is an honest picture of how your operation works today and where it's falling short. Everything else is my job.
