Do I need any technical knowledge to work with you?

Accepted Answer

None whatsoever. You run your business and I handle everything on the technology side. The only thing I need is an honest picture of how your operation works today and where it is falling short.

What industries do you work with?

More than ten including aviation, fine art, agriculture, lawn equipment, mobile technology, autism care, professional coaching, software, hospitality, and helicopter surveying. If you have a process that runs on chaos, it qualifies.

Do you work with businesses outside the US?

Accepted Answer

Yes. I work with clients in Europe and have hands-on experience with GDPR compliance and international data protection standards. Geography has never been a barrier.

What if I already have systems in place?

That is a great starting point. We analyze what you have, understand what is working and what is not, then decide together whether to switch, adapt, or optimize. The decision is always based on operational sense and never on what is newest or most impressive.

Will my team need to learn new software?

Possibly but only if it genuinely makes sense for your operation. This is always a decision we make together. I will never push a tool because it is impressive. I only recommend what actually makes your team's work easier.

How quickly will I see results?

Within the first month you will have something real in your hands. Not a proposal, not a presentation. A working system you can touch, test, and feel. From there the pace is set by your goals and your budget.

Why is your availability limited?

I keep my roster small on purpose. Every client gets my full attention and not a fraction of it. When you work with me you are not buying a service, you are gaining a partner fully invested in making your business run better. That is a commitment I can only make to a few.

How does cancellation and billing work?

Everything is month to month. Full Throttle and Focused Progress tiers require 30 days written notice to cancel. Consistent Progress requires 14 days. Your agreement auto renews as long as we have work to do.

Who owns everything you build?

Accepted Answer

You do. Upon full payment every system and deliverable built for your business belongs to you entirely. For higher tier engagements I build directly inside your own accounts so you have full administrative ownership from day one.

How do you protect sensitive business data?

With the same standards applied to the most regulated industries I work in including HIPAA and GDPR. Every system uses industry standard encryption and data protection by default.

How is this different from just hiring a developer?

A developer builds what you tell them to build. I figure out what actually needs to be built. I spent over 20 years as an operator, COO, CEO, and Chief Flight Instructor before writing a line of code. I approach every engagement from the business first and the technology second.
